Something Splendid for YOU!

This stamp set is super fun with it being a base and shade stamp set.  A base and shade stamp set is a stamp set that has a base stamp and then a shade stamp that can be stamped over the top of the shade.  The really fun part in stamping with base and shade sets is most of the time it does not matter which one you stamp first!

My artwork to the left is using the Clear Cards with the Cherry-O Creative Basics paper packet.  The base is stamped in Blush and the shade is stamped in Tulip.  I absolutely LOVE this color combination - truly yummy no matter what stamp set is used!

In June I offered to make retirement cards for three people retiring at my traditional job - including my boss - used the same stamp set with similar but different color combinations and the same card pattern just different orientation.  They truly loved them!
