Follow-up Friday


 Connect with 1 customer for order follow up - 5 points
Choose a customer who has made a purchase in the last 1-3 months.  Call the customer and ask how they liked the products they ordered and if they have any questions.  This is a good time to invite them to your next event.

 Connect with 1 hostess to do hostess coaching - 10 points
Call a hostess and review her hostess packet.  Be sure to encourage using EZ Invite, outside orders and having guests bring friends with them!

 Connect with 1 team member – invite to June heARTS4Him team meeting.
The next heARTS4Him team meeting is next month.  Find the date on the team blog and call a team member or downline to attend the gathering.  Details of the meeting were in the last newsletter.

Thoughtful Thursday

 Send hand stamped card to a friend or family member - 5 points.

Choose a family member or friend who has a birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion or a "just because" and send them a card.

Respond: E-mail me the name of the person you sent the card to and why you chose them.

 Send hand stamped card to a team member - 10 points.

Choose a team member and send a "thinking of you" card - this can be someone who is an inspiration to you or someone who has been laid on your heart.  Need an address? Feel free to e-mail me or if the consultant has a website - check out their website - you may find what you are looking for on their website!

Respond: E-mail me why you chose the person you did.

 Send hand stamped card to a downline - 20 points.

Send one of your team members a card to let them know you are thinking of them - maybe they had great sales last month or achieved a personal accomplishment with their business.

Web Wednesday
 Become a follower on the team blog - 5 points
Join fellow team members and become a follower on our team blog. Becoming a follower let's you log in to blogger and check the blogs you follow in one place.  Nice feature so you don't have to hop around on all your favorite links.

Respond: Confirmed with your sign up on blogger.  Make sure I can "see" you!

 Create a NEW Studio J layout and send me a photo of your layout - 10 points
Now is the time to play in Studio J!  Log in to Studio J and create a layout using the Studio J exclusive kit - Hippity Hop.  Create the layout adding accessories such as buttons, ribbon and stickease. 

Respond: E-mail me a photo of the layout.  Layout must be created with Hippity Hop but does not have to be a purchased layout!
 Update MyCTMH website Calendar and My Art - 20 points
The beginning of the month is a great time to make sure your website is updated.  Especially with Studio J going live to customers - referrals will start rotating amoungst consultants - you will want your website up to date.  Log in to your MyCTMH site and update your artwork with artwork of the May Stamp of the Month, Miracle or your current workshop or WOTG.  Update your calendar with all your events for this month.  Be sure to check out the new feature of the websites to be able to copy a date.  If the information is the same but you need it on more than one date this is a great new feature.

Log in to the Training Academy on the corporate website and take the "Product Knowledge" Training Academy Course for the Summer Idea book.  You will find an updated course with each idea book release under this course title.  Be sure to get to know your Summer Idea Book products.  This course is found in the Continuing Education Course link.

Today we are going to get our Mojo on!  These challenges will hopefully inspire you.  I know for me there is nothing that is better than creating - so today - it is all about ART!

 Create artwork using the May stamp of the month or Miracle - 5 points.
Create a piece of artwork using the May stamp of the month using any current My Reflections Kit or use the Miracle kit and create a piece of artwork other than what you see on the flyer.

May Mini Steps Team Challenge - Day 1

I always LOVE new when a new idea book launches to our customers.  Today is even more exciting...it is the first day of the heARTS4Him Team Challenge and it is Super Saturday!

Working full time - I typically work my business on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  For me, Saturday is the day I can usually get a lot done with my business.  While these challenges were meant to work each day you can do them all at once or work ahead.  It is up to you!  Be sure to check this blog each day for the new challenge - track your points and be sure to follow the response requirements to earn your points!  Fun and prizes for everyone who participates!



Today's challenges:
 Create marketing plan for Studio J - 10 points
Have you decided how you will market this amazing new product?  This challenge is just for you.  Create your plan for marketing Studio J.  If you have a MyCTMH website, how do you plan to let your customers know about Studio J.  For me, I have planned 2 Preview Party's each month at my house.  At these events, I will have 3 laptops available and customers will come learn about how to navigate Studio J.  Check out my calendar on my website to see my dates.  You are welcome to attend - learn how I will present to my customers and then offer it to yours.  Planning the Preview Party is just the beginning of my marketing plan - I have also included information in my newsletters and on my website.  Most importantly - I plan to connect with my customers - on the phone - to let them know about this amazing product.

 Schedule and plan New Idea Book Celebration or Studio J Preview Party - 20 points.
Plan a date to have a New Idea Book Celebration or a Studio J Preview Party.  Personally, I schedule my New Idea Book Celebration's at the end of the month - I like to have the time to have my artwork done for classes and the special - having it at the beginning of the month did not work - the second and third week are my Creative Classes - having them the end of the month worked for me.  Planning the event is just part of the challenge - the other part is to set a goal for your event.  Your goal can be a sales goal, number of guests, etc.

 Schedule 1 new gathering/workshop for May - 30 points.
Connect with previous or potential hostesses and schedule a new gathering for the month of May.  This gathering must be new on your calendar today or this week.
