Mini Steps to Success Team Challenge - Day 11

Telephone Thursday

 Connect with a customer who recently placed an order - 5 points each

Have you ever placed an order from a home based business and received a follow up call?  My guess - no!  Now let me ask how would you feel if you did?  How would you feel if the consultant called to ask how you like the products you ordered or if you had any questions about any other products?  If you are like me - I would LOVE it.  Now - put yourself in the consultant role and pick up the phone.  You will be providing awesome customer service and building relationships with your customers.  With each call, it will get easier to pick up the phone.  Just keep your eye on the customers needs and you will be a success.  While you are calling be sure to mention your upcoming events and let them know how they can be involved.

 Connect with a hostess and do some hostess coaching - 10 points each
Now is the time to coach your hostesses.  Hostess coaching is crucial to success of a gathering.  Coach your hostess to have 8-10 guests in attendance, collect outside orders and schedule her next gathering date with the new idea book.  Now is the time to be working on hostesses in the early fall - with the Autumn/Winter idea book.
Schedule your current hostesses with each idea book and keep your calendar full.  If you are wanting a gathering a week - you need 16 people to hostess during an idea book.  Keep those hostess rebooking each idea book and you will have a full calendar.

 Connect with a team member and invite to the next heARTS4Him team meeting - 20 points each
Connect with a team member invite them to the next team heARTS4Him team meeting on Saturday, June 19 from 6-10 pm.  You will create a monthly tickler - perfect for keeping track of when to connect with customers and hostesses or keeping track of birthdays and anniversaries.  You will also create a fun journal - perfect for a prayer journal or jotting down ideas for your business!  This is a great time to connect with your team members and spend a few hours relaxing and creating!
