Super Saturday - Day #19

10 pts. Schedule Studio J class dates

Respond: Post on the blog when your classes are or send me an invite to the class.

20 pts. Contact & invite customer to New Idea Book event and/or Studio J class. I know, calling customers can be hard…but the more you do it, the more consistent you are, the easier it is. (Of course I am talking to myself here!)

Respond: Post on the blog how many people did you contact? Take 20 points for each.

30 pts. Contact & invite hostesses to schedule gathering in January, February, or March. This can include hosting a workshop as well.

Respond: Post on the blog how many people did you contact? Take 30 points for each.

40 pts. Create a CTMH notebook - this notebook is your reference for you for corporate and team information.  Tabs you may consider Events, Corporate Updates, Listening Library, Training Academy, heARTS4Him, Connected Hearts and any other tab that you think would be helpful to organize your business. Decorate the cover and make it creative!

Respond: Post a comment on the blog about the changes you have made in your notebook and list the entries you have made. How are you using your notebook?

50 pts. Create an Operation Smile, Recruiting or Hostess display board. A display board is a great resource to use during your events. The help to give customers and perspective recruits a source of information and opportunity to ask more questions. Use information from the Training Academy, Operation Smile tab and other resources from the online office to help you make your board.

Respond: Post on the blog which display board you create and take a photo of your board, send it by e-mail with your permission, I will post it on the blog.

"See" you tomorrow!

  1. I was feeling ambitious, so I scheduled 3 Studio J workshops: Feb. 21, Feb. 27, and March 4. I don't want to have too many people at each workshop so that everyone has the opportunity to see what I am showing and ask questions.

I actually contacted 5 customers this week about attending my New Catalog Celebration and all five are coming AND one is bringing 5 friends and one is bringing at least one other person!! Yeah!!

I talked with two hostesses this week - one booked a party and one is supposed to be getting back to me. If she doesn't in a few days, I will give her a follow up call.

I added the following sections to my notebook this week: Training Academy, Listening Library Transcripts, Recruiting and Studio J. I put all tha flyers etc. for Studio J and the other information I have accumulated on the program in this section. I also downloaded the transcripts for the LIstening LIbrary calls that I did and put those into their own section. I think that I am going to have to branch out and do one for training by itself because I am running out of room already! :)

  2. I have invited 25 more guests via handing out flyers. Many seem interested but not sure yet about them actually coming... I need to do some follow up. I've been contacting some new people, so that is great!
I haven't been asking people to host parties lately. Not sure why... I even have dates blocked out on my calendar for parties. It helps to actually ask people to have parties. haha
Tera - you are inspiring me to do better! My goal next week is to get on the phone & start calling customers that I haven't had contact with, except email, to invite them personally to events &/or host a party. I also plan to hand out more flyers.

  3. I used to keep notebooks with my CTMH business & creative info and ideas. I then didn't keep them up and eventually moved to file folders to have a quick place for things to get put away in, off of my desk. However, this wasn't a very organized way to retrieve information.
So this week I started creating new notebooks. I made a customer info notebook with my customer info sheets, actually in alphabetical order! I also created a couple of sheets that keep track of birthdays. I have a new goal of sending out handmade birthday cards to my customers. I think this organizaational piece might actually help me accomplish this goal!
It also helped me realize that I don't have info sheets on many of my customers - new & old!

The next notebook I created was a Training Materials one. I wanted to be able to access my training printouts & transcripts easily. I have made categories like - Listening Library, Karen Phelps, Mind Aware Teleseminar, Training Academy, and Other (for info I gleen from other random resources). ( o:

Finally, I made a CTMH Reference notebook. In this I'm including SOTM Flyers, Studio J flyers & info, Retired lists, Updates from CTMH, Recipes, and Newsletters.

My next idea is to make a notebook that has a divider for each month. It will be a receipts/orders, expenses, etc. gathering place that will hopefully make tax time easier & more efficient.
