I enjoyed the Cardmaking 201 course - have to admit that I never realized that the patterns that make multiple cards have names! LOL! I am going to more with showing Wishes to my customers as we complete projects. I will try to have examples of the same patterns we are working with done in other papers, turned, other themes etc so that they see the versatility of the patterns!
ReplyDeleteI watched all 9 of Amy's videos. I went to "work" right away using some of the techniques - stitching around stickease, double matting etc. - I have already used a few of the techniques in several of my most recent layouts!
I have to say that I LIKE the proposed new compensation plan! I like that we earn SPC - I can use it to get new products to show my customers! And I think that the $1000 level is attainable and very worth it! I like the better compensation for recruiting as well. Can't wait to start growing my team!!
